At Southside Fitness, we offer fast and reliable delivery Australia-wide. We know that getting your equipment quickly and set up correctly is just as important as the purchase itself.

Dispatch Timeframes

In-stock items are typically dispatched from our warehouse on the same day or the next business day, depending on when your order is received. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following business day.

Please note that dispatch and delivery are two separate things. Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times will depend on your location and the freight carrier handling your shipment.

Estimated Delivery Times

The table below provides a general guide to transit times once your order has been dispatched. Rural and remote areas may take longer.

Exact timeframes are dependant on carrier and location. Deliveries to rural areas can take a lot longer. You'll be able to track your order. 

For orders our team delivers directly, delivery schedules are area-based, as we try to combine deliveries in certain areas on certain days. So please allow a few extra days. 

Freight Carriers

Depending on your location and the equipment ordered, we work with a number of specialist freight carriers to deliver your items safely and efficiently. For large gym equipment, we use:

  • Followmont Transport
  • Allied Express
  • TNT
  • Northline

The carrier assigned to your order is subject on the size and weight of your equipment, your location and the carrier availability at the time of dispatch.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information directly from the freight carrier, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time.

If you have not received tracking details within 2 business days of your expected dispatch date, please get in touch at info@southsidefitness.com.au.

Express Shipping

Express shipping is not available as a standard option for large equipment. For urgent enquiries, please contact us directly and we will do our best to assist.

Large Equipment Deliveries

Large fitness equipment is typically palletised and delivered via tailgate loader truck. Please be aware of the following before placing your order:

  • Deliveries are door-to-door to the ground floor entrance only.
  • Delivery does not include carrying items up stairs, into lifts, or through areas with difficult access.
  • If your delivery address has access restrictions or special requirements, please contact us before ordering so we can make the appropriate arrangements.
  • A re-delivery fee will apply if you are unavailable to receive your delivery.

 

Installation & Assembly

What We Offer

We offer professional installation and assembly services for gym equipment. Whether you’re setting up a home gym or a full commercial fit-out, our experienced team will ensure your equipment is assembled correctly and safely.

  • Installation and assembly available in our local service areas across South East Queensland
  • Installation in other states can be arranged upon request, please contact us to discuss
  • We cater for home, corporate and commercial deliveries and installations
